What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour base + 25% commission on sales for uncapped earning potential!

- Guaranteed Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week minimum (never more than 50)

What You'll Do
- Start your route from home – first stop typically within 15-30 minutes
- Provide high-quality exterior residential pest control services (primarily exterior treatments)
- Inspect properties, apply treatments safely and effectively
- Deliver outstanding customer service – our technicians are known as some of the best in the industry!
- Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their service
- Stay current with best practices through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Coachable mindset and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (we'll review it!)
- Motivated to earn through base pay + commissions
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- No prior pest control experience required – we train and license the right people!
