The Mission
You are the "Wingman." You’ll be paired with a Senior Lead Technician to ensure every mission is a success. Your job is to make the job site run smoother, faster, and cleaner while soaking up every bit of knowledge like a sponge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tactical Support: Assisting lead techs with installs, repairs, and diagnostics.
- The "Clean Slate": Ensuring the job site is cleaner when we leave than when we arrived.
- Inventory Mastery: Helping manage the parts on the truck so we’re always "Mission Ready."
- Learning the Craft: Mastering everything from pipe fitting to water heater installs and sewer scopes.

The Requirements:
- Clean Driving Record: This is a non-negotiable. Our insurance needs to love you.
- Physical Stamina: You’ll be lifting, crawling, and working in the elements.
- The Basics: Legal authorization to work in the US and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Tools: A basic set of hand tools is a plus, but a great attitude is required.
