Parc Bistro, a busy French-inspired bistro in the heart of Bankers Hill, is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.
We're seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, creates memorable guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience (fine dining preferred)
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Wine knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional service to bar guests and support the dining room team
- Make beverage recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Follow all California alcohol service and food safety regulations
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
