Crafted is looking for a Project & Creative Lead to oversee store operations, coordinate custom orders, develop new creative projects, support marketing efforts, plan special events, and share crafting skills through training and demonstrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient retail environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies and materials.
- Design and maintain attractive merchandise displays that showcase products and enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate and manage custom orders, serving as a liaison between customers, makers, and staff to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Lead creative project development by researching, brainstorming, and implementing new product and program ideas that align with Crafted's mission and values.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue-generating initiatives, workshops, and community-based creative projects.
- Plan and coordinate special event sales, seasonal promotions, markets, and pop-up events.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including content creation, product promotion, event marketing, and storytelling about Crafted's impact.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and production workflows for new and existing creative initiatives.
- Teach workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on project techniques to clients, volunteers, and staff as needed.
- Train and support staff in the production of store merchandise, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, creative environment that encourages innovation, skill development, and community engagement.
- Track project outcomes and provide recommendations for operational and creative improvements.
- Support the growth and sustainability of Crafted's social enterprise through strategic planning and creative leadership.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
