As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers, clients and teammates. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
· Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
· Thoroughly Document and Sketch restoration projects
· Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
· Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
· Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
· Coach and train restoration technicians
·Willingness to cross-train and learn some reconstruction skills to better serve customers through the entire restoration process.
Position Requirements
· High school diploma/GED
· Valid driver’s license
· At least 1 year of leadership experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
· IICRC certifications are a plus – Xactimate experience is a plus
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
· Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the restoration industry.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
· Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
