Production Associate — Molding / Bonding / Finishing
About the Role
Pro Resources is working with a local company that manufactures fiberglass body panels for multiple makes and models of vehicles. We are hiring Production Associates to join our team, with placement in one of three departments based on business need:
Molding
Operating a press and sanding the edges of fiberglass panels to create a smooth, finished edge.
Bonding
Gluing multiple fiberglass pieces together using a machine that helps seal and bond the parts.
Finishing
Quality-focused work checking parts for defects and other issues before they move on in the process.
Note: Temperatures in the facility can get very warm during the summer months.
Job Details
- 90-day temp-to-hire position
- All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
- Starts on Mondays
- Pay: $20.06 per hour
- Shift premiums: +$0.75/hour for 2nd shift, +$0.35/hour for 3rd shift
- Overtime: Regularly working 10+ hours of OT per week (Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays, due to business demand)
Requirements & Background
- High School Diploma or GED required
Dress Code & PPE
- Leather shoes required (steel-toe shoes are a plus)
- Jeans and T-shirts
- Hearing and eye protection provided/required on the floor
