What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of Licensed childcare experience
- 1 year Leadership or supervisory experience
- Meets AZ licensing requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Manages daily operations and staff
- Supports enrollment and team development
- Maintains positive family relationships

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Are you comfortable supporting a school that may be working to improve staffing or enrollment?
- Do you have experience in an early childhood education setting (6 weeks to 12 years)? If so, how many years?
- Do you meet at least ONE of the following Arizona Director qualification pathways?
- 2 years experience + at least 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- 18 months experience + CDA or CCP credential
- 18 months experience + 24 college credit hours in ECE/CD
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE/CD + at least 3 months experience
- Associate degree in ECE/CD + at least 6 months experience
