We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in McKinney, TX. This role is ideal for a motivated, compassionate provider who enjoys practicing broad-spectrum primary care and values meaningful patient interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine procedures
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modification
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas
- National board certification (FNP preferred)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Previous primary care or family medicine experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
