Position: Service Technician (ATM Repair/Installation)
Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota
Work Schedule: Full Time Hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, including an on-call schedule once trained. This position is paid hourly full time benefit/PTO eligible. If you are someone that comes from a service technician background and enjoys working with computers, electronics this is an ideal position for you! This position will travel in a set territory in North Dakota with occasional training in our office located at Mandan, ND.
General Functions:
Come and join our Edge One Team as a Service Tech for our Grand Forks, ND territory. This position is responsible for hardware support of all products sold or operated by Edge One such as ATM/Cash Coin machines. This includes installing and providing 2nd line maintenance, phone support and assisting with training our customers on issues related to their equipment (ATM Machines.) This position will be provided with a company vehicle that they will use to travel only during the day, no evenings.
Skills and Qualifications For a Service Tech:
1. Must have a valid drivers license, and clean driving record to be insurable.
2. Ability to perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems, repair and replace parts.
3. Must possess the necessary skills and willing to work in and armed environment.
4.. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment, displaying a strong work ethic and integrity.
5. Must be willing to attend training classes as requested/as needed. (out of state.)
6. Act as a back up for parts and inventory control, following company policy and procedure.
7. Ideal background in field service, IT, computers, mechanical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
