Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (CCC preferred; CFY applicants welcome)
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Demonstrated passion for fostering language, communication, and social skills in early learners
Primary Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations, screenings, and assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy plans tailored to IEP goals and student needs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and school teams to support student development
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Provide supervision and mentorship for SLP Clinical Fellows, ensuring a positive learning experience
