Construction Superintendent – Construction

Allied Contractors, Inc., one of South Florida’s most respected and sought-after general contractors, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is bilingual (English/Spanish), solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects from planning through close-out.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Lead and motivate project teams with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of superintendent experience in construction required (commercial or government projects preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of superintendent processes, construction methods, and contract administration.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software's and computer knowledge required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
