We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator & Patient Advocate.
Position Summary
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position combines front desk responsibilities with patient advocacy, ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties
- Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Patient Advocate Duties
- Build strong relationships with patients and support their wellness goals
- Educate patients about services, treatment plans, and wellness programs
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and care plans
- Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with patient onboarding and intake processes
- Help improve patient retention and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, wellness, chiropractic, medical spa, or front office settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications
Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
