Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality speech therapy services tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients. Your expertise will support early intervention efforts, facilitate effective patient assessments, and foster meaningful communication development for children with diverse needs. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients with communication, articulation, language, and developmental challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pediatric therapy approaches
- Deliver engaging one-on-one therapy sessions designed to support functional communication and developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking families regarding treatment goals, progress updates, and home carryover recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid, insurance, and clinic requirements
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, caregivers, physicians, teachers, and other professionals involved in each child’s care
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication development outside of therapy sessions
Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship candidates with pediatric experience are encouraged to apply
- Fluency in both English and Spanish

Pay: $56.00 - $62.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
