We're currently expanding actively throughout the Orlando area, and we're looking for an experienced technician to handle appliance repair and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) jobs. We are seeking a skilled Appliance & HVAC Repair Contractor to join our team in,. This role involves providing expert repair and maintenance services for a variety of appliances and HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and related equipment
- Interpret and follow schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams
- Perform mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment assembly as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in appliance repair and/or HVAC
- All necessary tools to perform the work (own tools required)
- Reliability, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship
- Good customer service skills and the ability to maintain the company's reputation
- Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration, or field service roles
- Customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail
