Job Description: Respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate a courteous, and professional attitude dealing with staff. Troubleshoot and make repairs to all school properties in one or more of the following categories: drywall, painting, carpentry, cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, siding, fences, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, appliances, gutters, doors, pressure washing and more.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have your own equipment, tools, reliable transportation and be on-time
- Must have a minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Must be able to effectively communicate details to Staff and Directors.
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Be reliable and arrive on time.
- Capable of performing a full day’s physical work - walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day.
- Able to follow directions, but at the same time, think and act independently as the job requires
- Must display very good organization and time management skills

Some of the work performed will be painting, hanging artwork, basic plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, etc. You must have proficient knowledge in general building maintenance. You can learn the rest on the job.
You must be reliable and punctual. If you can complete high quality work in a timely manner without constant supervision, this may be a good position for you.
Compensation will depend upon experience, professionalism, and client relations.
