Heathrow Legacy Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and member-focused Tennis Pro Shop Manager to oversee the daily operation of one of Central Florida’s premier tennis facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pro shop operations and member services
- Coordinate court reservations, leagues, clinics, and events
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and apparel sales
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests
- Support tennis staff with programming and communications
- Process registrations, billing, and club software transactions
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail, hospitality, country club, or tennis facility experience preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Proficient with computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Tennis knowledge is helpful but not required
