Schedule: Based on client needs and your availability (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18/hour during training
- $21.00–$26.00/hour upon RBT certification (based on experience)

About the Role: A New Day ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As an RBT, you will provide high-quality, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism in the home, school, and community.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA programming under BCBA supervision
- Implement programs from the individualized Treatment and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Record data promptly and accurately using electronic data systems
- Write session notes at the end of each session and obtain guardian signatures
- Report new or unexpected behaviors to the supervising BCBA
- Relay parent questions or concerns to the supervising BCBA
- Follow BACB ethics guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and company policies
- Ensure client safety and appropriate supervision during all sessions
- Report all critical incidents and safety concerns
- Comply with mandatory reporting requirements
- Maintain current certifications (e.g., RBT, CPR, HIPAA)
- Participate in required staff training and team meetings
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and communication
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification or willingness to become certified (required)
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Ability to commute to client sites (required)
