Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their wireless and technology needs through meaningful conversations.
- Recommend and sell T-Mobile products and services, including smartphones, accessories, home internet, tablets, and wearables.
- Create value by offering complete solutions through bundling and personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Educate customers on device features, promotions, and service options.
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
- Process activations, upgrades, account changes, and payments accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Stay current on T-Mobile products, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
