Our Clinical Environment

Within The Healing Collective, you can expect:

- A steady flow of aligned referrals to support meaningful, long-term clinical work
- Fulltime is considered 24 clients scheduled per week
Associate Clinicians
We provide associates with a structured and supportive pathway toward clinical confidence, competence, and licensure.

Associates are supported in developing both clinical skill and professional identity within a setting that prioritizes ethical care and long-term sustainability.
Licensed Providers
For fully licensed clinicians, The Healing Collective offers an elevated private practice experience without the administrative burden.
This model allows for increased autonomy while maintaining access to a comprehensive support system.
