ABOUT THE ROLE (THE HONEST VERSION)
You will spend your day on the phone calling local Wisconsin businesses, churches, schools, manufacturers, and property managers, booking on-site visits for our security and cabling team. That is the whole job: start a real conversation, find out if there is a need, and book the visit. You are not closing deals over the phone, and you do not need to know the technology. Our senior team handles everything after the appointment is booked. Most calls end in "no thanks." If constant rejection would wear you down, this will not be the right fit. If you can shake it off and dial the next number sounding like a real person, you will do well here, and the pay is built so that doing well pays.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day from pre-built, pre-researched call lists. No lead scraping, no hunting for numbers; we hand you the targets and the background.
- Book qualified on-site visits for our senior team and keep clean, complete notes in our system.
- Review your own recorded calls in daily coaching sessions and apply the feedback.
- Work inside our AI-forward sales process every day. The system preps your lists and handles the busywork so your time goes to talking with people.
COMPENSATION
- $22.00 to $25.00 per hour base wage. A real wage, not commission-only.
- Appointment bonus: $75 for every qualified visit you book that takes place.
- Close bonus when appointments you booked become customers: $150 on projects under $10K, $300 from $10K to $30K, $600 at $30K and up.
- We publish the numbers because we want people who do the math.
