You are the heartbeat of the studio. The standard-setter. The hype. The closer. The coach. On any given day you're driving the sales floor, pulling in new leads, training your team to win, and making sure every member feels like they just walked into the best part of their day.
When Madison hits 1,000 members, it's because you led it there.
What you'll own
Drive sales & hit the numbers
- Convert guests into members with confidence and heart — you close because you believe in it
- Own check-in rates, close rates, upgrades, and retention — every lead matters, none slip away
- Set the pace personally and pull the whole team up to your level
Generate leads & fill the funnel
- Get out into the community — businesses, partnerships, events, lead boxes, corporate outreach
- Make HOTWORX Madison impossible to ignore locally
- Treat an empty pipeline like a personal challenge, not someone else's problem
Coach & lead a winning team
- Train, develop, and fire up your Sales Associates every single shift
- Run role-plays, set daily goals, celebrate wins loudly, and hold the standard with warmth
- Build a culture people want to show up for — energy is contagious, and yours starts at the top
Run a tight, beautiful studio
- Own daily operations, cleanliness, equipment, inventory, and guest-ready presentation
- Lead social media, reviews, and the member experience so the brand shines
- Keep everything running so smoothly that members only ever feel the good stuff
