Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle sales accurately.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests professionally.
