Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-time Production Assistants in our book printing and manufacturing facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment dedicated to high-quality book production. This position is ideal for individuals who love books and working in a creative, fun and casual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various production tasks involved in the manufacturing of books, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications
- May include operating basic manufacturing equipment and following standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a printing and/or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills and use of a ruler
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
Available schedules are 9:00am-2:00pm and 12:00pm-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend availability a plus!
Pay: From $16.37 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
