Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of printing presses, including Heidelburg GTO4, Sakurai, to produce diverse print jobs with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage color calibration and color management techniques to achieve consistent color accuracy across all printed materials
- Perform routine mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting on press equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring prints meet high standards for clarity, color fidelity, and finish
Skills
- Strong understanding of print production workflows, including prepress, press operation, and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of color management principles to ensure accurate color reproduction in various printing methods
- Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment adjustment and maintenance for presses and related machinery
- Strong technical proficiency in prepress software and print production processes to optimize workflow efficiency
