The Heather Bosse State Farm Agency has served Mount Pleasant for 18 years. We're looking for a talented salesperson to join our established team, with a primary focus on life insurance sales while also helping clients with auto, home, and business insurance.
You'll work with an established book of clients who already trust our agency with their insurance needs.
No purchased leads. No dialing strangers. No nights. No weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 guaranteed base salary
- Approximately $10,000 in expected annual commissions for new team members
- $20,000+ annual commission potential for successful performers
- Paid time off and paid holidays

What You'll Do
Your primary sales focus will be life insurance and financial protection. You'll also become a well-rounded member of our agency team, helping clients with auto, home, business, and other insurance needs.
You'll:
- Talk with existing clients about life insurance and financial protection
- Identify unmet insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Explain coverage options clearly and confidently
- Follow up with clients and ask for the sale
- Assist clients with auto, home, business, and other insurance needs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively toward team sales goals
Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need previous insurance experience. We're looking for someone who knows how to sell, communicate, build trust, and follow through.
Experience in sales, insurance, banking, financial services, account management, automotive sales, mortgage lending, real estate, or other consultative sales environments may translate particularly well.
