Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all club areas, including lounges, locker rooms, dining spaces, and outdoor facilities, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, floor care, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
- Safely operate janitorial equipment and handle chemical agents in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and safety protocols.
- Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety guidelines for injury prevention.
- Maintain high levels of sanitation by following proper procedures for chemical handling and applying industrial cleaning techniques.
- Support hotel housekeeping management by assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Uphold safety standards by understanding hotel emergency procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing member or guest inquiries professionally and courteously, fostering a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles within hospitality settings.
- Strong knowledge of floor cleaning, sanitation practices, and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following SDS guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing or walking.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is preferred.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in hospitality or industrial environments is highly advantageous.
