Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of daily store operations to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.

Drive sales growth while consistently achieving store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Create a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork and exceptional service.

Manage employee scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and operational reporting.

Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and memorable customer experience.

Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Retail Store Management experience (required).

Proven success meeting, or exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.

Experience developing, coaching, and leading successful retail teams.

Background in specialty retail, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
