As we continue expanding our Emergency & Specialty services throughout Northeast Florida, we are seeking experienced Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our teams at our Orange Park and Jacksonville (E-Town) hospitals.

The Client Service Representative serves as the first impression of Allied Veterinary Specialists and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience for clients, patients, and referring veterinarians.
- Greet clients and patients professionally and compassionately
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct communications appropriately
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and procedures accurately
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Review estimates, invoices, and payment options with clients
- Process payments and maintain financial accuracy
- Support emergency patient arrivals and urgent client needs
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Minimum of 3 years of veterinary Client Service Representative experience
- Experience working in a veterinary hospital environment
- Strong client communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling high call volumes and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with ezyVet and/or VetRadar software systems preferred
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
