About the Role
As a Tool Crib Technician, you will serve as a vital link in our operational efficiency by managing specialized equipment and ensuring that essential resources are readily available for project success. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting site safety through the precise organization and distribution of industrial tools and rigging gear.
Responsibilities-
Oversee the comprehensive inventory management of the tool crib, including the systematic labeling and digital tracking of all assets.

Facilitate the seamless issuance of equipment for both standard and specialized controlled work environments.

Maintain operational readiness of weld rod ovens and ensure the proper disposal of related materials.

Coordinate the logistics of tool transfers between the main warehouse and active work sites to minimize downtime.

Assist in the administration of safety-critical inspections for fall protection and rigging equipment.

Perform general facility maintenance to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Proven ability to manage inventory and perform accurate data entry.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively support team members and site operations.

Ability to pass comprehensive background and health screenings.

Prior experience with industrial hand and power tools.

Working knowledge of rigging, lifting equipment, and fall protection standards.
