We are a family-operated distributor of automotive refinishing products looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Operations Assistant to support our daily order processing and customer operations.
This is an entry-level role with room to grow for someone who is organized, takes ownership of their work, and wants to develop into a larger operations role over time.
Daily tasks include answering customer phone calls, processing purchase orders, and other administrative tasks. The role will also include walking back and forth between the warehouse and office to check orders before they are shipped.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel, general computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver quality customer service
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Comfortable in a warehouse/office environment
Preferred Skills:
- Order processing, inventory control, and accounting experience
- Some knowledge of shipping and warehousing tasks
- Trade show experience a plus (we attend once a year)
We will train the right candidate, but some office experience is required.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
