We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building maintenance and/or construction. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that it is done in a safe professional manner. Candidates with truck will be paid more.

- Siding repair
- Painting

Job Requirements
- Must have good verbal and written skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with car insurance
- Must satisfy all pre-employment screening requirements
- Must have 2+ years of Building maintenance/ Trade experience
- Must be capable of multi-tasking
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation,
- Must be familiar with construction principals and codes
- Capable of lifting 75 lbs. overhead
- Must have basic hand tools ( Drills, screw drivers etc)
- Truck is preferred.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
