Role:
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner directly with the Principal, managing the Executive Office and helping drive the firm's day-to-day operations. You'll oversee a complex calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and serve as a trusted liaison between the Principal and the internal team, freeing the Principal to focus on creative and business development priorities.
The ideal candidate brings sharp organizational instincts, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat. You're detail-oriented, an excellent written and verbal communicator, and comfortable adapting on the fly as demands shift throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Communications
- Manage the Principal's daily calendar, including internal and external meetings, site visits, and other appointments
- Manage the Principal's travel, booking through a travel agent or directly
- Write correspondence on behalf of the Principal, including taking dictation over the phone or in person
- Track and organize tasks, follow-ups, and ongoing priorities to keep projects and internal initiatives moving forward
- Field requests from staff, particularly Project Managers, and coordinate with the right internal team members to keep work flowing efficiently
Personal
- Manage limited aspects of the Principal's personal responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management
- Sound judgment in diverse situations, paired with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- A sense of urgency and comfort adjusting on the fly as priorities shift
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), database management, and online collaboration tools
Additional Information:
- Ability to work from the NYC office 5 days a week
- Salary range $80,000-100,000 annually; final compensation will be based on individual qualifications and experience
