Overview:
We’re looking for a Rental Department Manager to help lead one of the busiest departments at Holiday Mountain. This role is responsible for training and scheduling winter staff, maintaining rental equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and helping keep operations running smoothly throughout the season.
This position can be Fall/Winter seasonal or full-time for the right candidate. Full-time opportunities may include working with our sister companies during the off-season:

Responsibilities:
- Train, schedule, and supervise rental department staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and efficient guest flow.
- Tune, inspect, test, and maintain all rental equipment pre/post season.
- Assist with inventory management and future equipment purchases.
- Help guests with ski and snowboard equipment fitting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rental department.
Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous ski shop, rental shop, or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment preferred.
- Experience tuning and maintaining equipment is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Pay Scale: $20-$22 per hour
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
