Sr. Facets Claims Analyst

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with at least 10 years of experience specifically in the Facets Claims processing module, .NET technologies, and Oracle databases.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, and development teams to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and support the implementation of healthcare payer applications into the provider area. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and experience working in Healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements related to the Facets Claims module.
- Collaborate with business users, SMEs, developers, QA teams, and project managers to define functional and technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and other project documentation.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Experience working with .NET technologies.
- Support integration of Facets Provider module with downstream and upstream applications.
- Develop and execute SQL queries using Oracle for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform impact analysis and provide solution for system enhancements and production changes.
- Work closely with development teams during design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare payer standards and organizational policies.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
