Bilingual Staffing Coordinator – New Brunswick, NJ
Salary: $42,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends)

We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our New Brunswick branch office. This internal, office-based role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee coordination, and daily branch operations while working closely with clients, applicants, and employees in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for candidates and employees while ensuring accurate onboarding, recordkeeping, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:

Professionally greet applicants, employees, and visitors while managing incoming calls

Administer employment applications and guide candidates through the onboarding process

Review applications and hiring documentation for accuracy and completeness

Complete new hire processing, including I-9s, W-4s, direct deposit information, and other required employment documents

Send and manage employee communications through text messaging platforms and other communication tools

Create employee badge numbers and complete new hire registrations in company systems

Maintain accurate employee records and update information in internal HRIS and staffing systems

Conduct basic and advanced interviews and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed

Organize and maintain electronic and physical employee files

Assist with recruiting efforts through job postings, outbound calls, text messaging, referrals, and candidate sourcing

Maintain candidate records, schedules, and documentation in internal systems and Microsoft Excel

Order and maintain office supplies while adhering to branch budgets

Visit client sites as needed to support employees and maintain strong client relationships

Support team recruiting and placement goals while providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:

1–2 years of customer service, administrative, staffing, recruiting, or office experience

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Team player with a positive attitude

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred: Live within 25 miles of New Brunswick
