Prep/Event Cook

Job Purpose: The Prep/Event will work closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Operations to ensure all culinary requirements are met. We work hard to exceed expectations and are searching for the right individual to join our hard working team.
Job Duties:
· Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
· Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards.
Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.
· Attend shifts on time and adhere to attendance policy
· Report to work in a neat and clean uniform
· Help load trucks and unload trucks at events and prep space.
Skills/Qualifications:
· 1-2 years kitchen experience required for Prep Cooks
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
· Must have reliable transportation
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible schedule

Work Locations: The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station, The Lady Kate Cruise Ship, various offsite locations

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
