Oculus Health is currently recruiting experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate placement at our partner facility in Louisa, VA.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $40.00/hour
- Schedule Options: Full-time or Part-time with every other weekend, PRN
- 12-hour shifts available: 7:00AM-7:00PM; 7:00PM-7:00AM

Qualifications of an LPN:
- Active LPN license (Virginia or multi-state compact)
- Completion of accredited LPN certification program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Familiarity with PCC (Point Click Care) system

- One valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or work eligibility documents)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (Virginia)
- Voided check or direct deposit form
- Two reference letters or contactable references
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card or exemption
- BLS/CPR certification
- TB Test (PPD or QuantiFERON) within the last 12 months
