Cloverleaf Health Care Center is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Knightsville, Indiana. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks while making a lasting impact through compassionate, hands-on care.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.
Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress.
What You’ll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Indiana.
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
