Job Description
Snow Creek Landscaping, LLC is seeking a Crew leader for our Landscape Division to help take Snow Creek Landscaping to the next level!
This is a full-time, year-round position with one of the largest landscape companies in the greater Asheville Area.
Monday - Thursday with an opportunity for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
This position is located in Arden, NC and is an hourly position with a pay range is depending on experience.
What we are looking for in our next Crew Leader:
- Enjoys being outside, working with a team, and interacting with customers and employees.
- Partner with Supervisor and customer to install/implement landscape projects, based on contract.
- Preparation and installation procedures.
- Install hardscapes (brick pavers, patios, water features, timber walls, and rock walls) according to overall design, based on contract.
- Use landscape construction equipment to support overall design.
- Prepare, install and clean up landscape enhancement projects.
- Work with Salesman and Supervisor.
- Manage crew members in team approach to implement the project.
- Help install outdoor lighting with crew.
- Create a safe and clean work environment.
- Input and manage time for crew toward job(s) in time tracking software, daily and by payroll deadline.
- On-the-job training with other crew members and staff and throughout the year with training events.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned for operational and business needs required.
- 90-day evaluation provided for feedback and growth.
Qualifications
- One to Two years as a lead or foreman (preferred)
- Must be able to follow instructions and lead others with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail needed
- Ability to read and follow plans
- Manage a small crew to meet deadlines.
- Have general knowledge of horticultural practices and/or planting techniques.
- Have general knowledge of hardscape practices.
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Time management and project management

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
