POSITION SUMMARY
Provides clerical support for the Extended Facilities staff. Assist with scheduling and preparation for upcoming village travel. This position will report directly to the Extended Facilities Manager.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serves as the first point of contact for properties and tenants for work orders
2. Access and updates keys cards for apartment, activity center, FRF, IT building and PHN
3. Prepare and file check requisitions and accounts payables for utilities, i.e. water & sewer, heating fuel, KEA, housing properties and village clinics
4. Tracks payments for tenant keys & Activity Keys.
5. Track Work Orders for completion and filing
Update all files including personnel, check requisitions, purchase requisitions, travel requisitions
6. Ability to keep accurate records and prepare documents. Proficient with spreadsheets, database and word processing computer applications
7. Prepares and Submits Employee timesheets
8. Other duties as assigned.
