Current Openings
1. Respite Caregiver – Irvine & Newport Beach
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Provide support for twin teenage boys:
- One individual receives 2:1 support
- One individual receives 1:1 support
- Active community outings and recreational activities
- No driving required
- Services are provided at two homes (parents share custody) located in Irvine and Newport Beach
2. Personal Attendant – Mission Viejo
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule (through August)
- Monday–Friday
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Schedule may change after summer break based on the family's needs.
Provide care for active 3-year-old twins:
- Care is provided at a 1:2 staff-to-client ratio (one caregiver supporting both children)
- Engage the children in age-appropriate play and activities
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and fun environment
- No driving required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized support
- Supervise and engage clients in home and community activities
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment
- Communicate professionally with families and the OCBS team
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and energetic
- Enjoy working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR & First Aid certification (required by the first day of work)
- Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan fingerprint clearance
- Authorized to work in the United States
