We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes across the organization. As a Project Manager, you’ll own the delivery of key initiatives from start to finish—ensuring projects are well-defined, aligned, and executed successfully.
You will:
Lead the full project lifecycle—from intake and planning through execution, implementation, and stabilization
Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to keep priorities aligned and moving forward
Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting to maintain visibility and accountability
Facilitate governance routines (planning meetings, stakeholder updates, retrospectives) to drive progress and alignment
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives on track
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including providing executive-level updates on progress, risks, and decisions
Help build and refine scalable processes, tools, and workflows that improve how work gets done across the firm

What You Bring

10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
Proven ability to manage initiatives from planning through implementation
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM) are a plus
Strong project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS is a plus

The Perks
At Savant, we invest in our people—supporting both their well-being and long-term growth. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is$115,000 - $155,000, with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.
