Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our team at Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while supporting residents with daily living activities in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Help residents with meals and hydration
- Prepare residents for therapy appointments and transport as needed
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
- Assist with housekeeping tasks, linen changes, and maintaining a clean patient environment
- Support the nursing team with treatments and procedures as directed
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
