Hey! The last person in this position got promoted, and we need someone new to field incoming calls and help people get answers. This is a full-time office position from Friday through Tuesday. The Office Coordinator supports our administrative team, our Care Professionals, and our clients in a variety of ways to provide the highest quality service.
Responsibilities

Reflect the values of DLSR, LLC (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Franchise)
•
Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
•
Assist with problem resolution with client and Care Pro issues
•
Enter and maintain accurate client and Care Pro records in the operating system ...
•
Communicate client and Care Pro concerns or problems with General Manager or other administrative staff members as appropriate
•
Conduct introductions between Clients and Care Pros as needed
Qualifications
•
A desire to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families in our community
•
A great attitude
Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to clear state background check
- Bilingual a plus
- Sales experience a plus
