What You'll Do:

Operate CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specs.

Select the right cutting tools and measuring instruments for each job.

Work with precision and care to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

3+ years of experience in manual and CNC machining, including setup and operation, a plus.

Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications preferred.

Skilled in using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators, preferred.

Experience with Fanuc controls and Mastercam is a plus.

Experience machining steel, stainless steel, and aluminum preferred.

Experience with short-run custom parts is a plus.

Knowledge of machining safety practices preferred.
