Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inventory plans by managing inventory flow based on sales and opportunity.
- Identify most cost-effective freight flow including internal supply-chain impacts.
- Lead preseason strategy development and vendor planning.
- Help maintain in-stock.
- Lead open-to-buy process.
- Recommend vendor SKU modification according to individual store performance.
- Recommend adjustments based on trends from last season.
- Provide specific, timely in-season recommendations.
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate across functions to improve communication and coordination of supply plan.
- Expedite and defer goods as required with detail and a high sense of urgency.
- Identify process gaps that may delay manufacturing or hinder delivery. Increase efficiency and support OTD and inventory initiatives.
- Act as liaison between customer care, sales, production, engineering, and purchasing.
SKILLS
- Associates or better
- Proficient with Excel
- Previous Manufacturing experience
- Analytical and system skills
Pay: $65,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
