✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We're a well-established business scheduled 3-10 days out, so you can stay focused and do your best work without constantly worrying about the ups and downs of car count.
✓ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – There's lots of variety in the types of work we run into, and you get to share ideas with professional co-workers who are motivated team players. We're adding ADAS and alignment work to the mix as we expand, so you'll have new opportunities to build and test your skills.
✓ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN DOOR POLICY) – We are a family-owned & operated shop. Rick is on the floor, not locked in an office. Everyone is part of the family here and if you have a problem, you'll get constant support from the team. Your opinion is respected and you can really make a difference.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional auto repair shop
- Solid foundational skills: brakes, suspension, general maintenance
- Some alignment experience is helpful (but we can train you up)
- Diagnostic capability - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be able to think your way through problems
- ASE certifications are a plus (and we'll reimburse you for them)
- Valid driver's license and your own tools
- A "get it done right" mentality - you care about the work, not just the paycheck
- Team player who doesn't mind helping a coworker when they need it
- No drama, no excuses, no B.S. - just show up, do good work, and go home to your life
