Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning through play.
Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment tailored to toddlers’ needs.
Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that enhance motor skills, language development, and social-emotional growth.
Help monitor children’s behavior and provide gentle guidance to encourage positive interactions and conflict resolution.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid procedures and mandated reporting laws.
Assist with diapering, feeding, and nap routines to meet each child's individual needs.
Collaborate with team members to document developmental milestones and communicate progress with parents or guardians.
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
