Position Overview
Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of a transit advertising installation and maintenance operation facility. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, enforcing policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and personnel.
Essential Functions
- Communicate with client received work orders and coordinate installations and maintenance.
- Direct and coordinate personnel with installation, cleaning and maintenance of market inventory.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for all employees on a timely basis.
- Assign work schedule and specific duties to all.
- Review activity reports, and other performance data, to measure productivity and goal achievement. Utilize these reports for cost reduction and program improvement.
- Determine staffing requirements. Interview, hire and train new personnel.
- Oversee activities related to production and find ways in which to increase production and efficiency.
- Manage the movement of inventory in and out of production facilities.
- Maintain copious ad installation and removal records
