Gaslight SA Bussers are responsible for assisting the Kitchen staff and Servers, clearing and resetting all areas of the dining room and ultimately responsible for taking care of guests and always delivering an experience of warm and relaxed hospitality at Gaslight Brewhouse.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Greet tables before the Server to deliver waters and introduce themselves.
Engage with guests, smoothly handling all service related table duties.
Responsibilities will include table delivery service and clearing dirty dishes.
Resetting tables, stocking dishes and utensils in the kitchen.
Opening/closing of restaurant FOH and BOH side-work.
Position will also require assistance behind the bar with clearing, watering, stocking, and glassware.
SA/Bussers must be comfortable with a fast paced environment and able to multitask.
Must be able to smoothly handle high pressure situations.
Must be friendly and engaging with guests and work well with the team.
Prior full service restaurant experience preferred.
